During 1st -8th November, 2011, Mrs. Nawarat and Miss Nareerat went to the Netherlands to visit the customers. The aim of this business trip is to strengthen the relationship and to have a mutual understanding for the business future plan together. Overall, Wanapluk Garden appreciates to have a long term relationship with our customers through creating the mutual understanding. As a consequence, we will know what the customers really expect from us and respectively we will find every possible way to maximize their satisfaction , as well as, the possible problems have to be minimized at most.
This trip was outstandingly fruitful and successful. We had an anual plan together and we will do best in accomplishing this goal. We hope we will visit any other customers in other countries and have a direct communication, resulting in a long term business relationship soon.
